Platform Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Bright Mintwarrant platform. They explain the responsibilities and rights of you, the user, and the platform operator. Read them carefully before creating an account, entering the platform or completing a transaction. Once accepted, they constitute a binding legal agreement between the parties.

When you sign up, sign in, use a platform function or otherwise interact with Bright Mintwarrant, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. Access is limited to people aged 18 or above. Minors and anyone without the required legal capacity may not use the service. Where your age or eligibility is uncertain, we may limit access, suspend the account or terminate it.

Access may from time to time be affected by technical faults, planned maintenance, software releases or broader interruptions. Disruption may also arise from fast-moving markets, unusually high server demand or events outside our reasonable control. We aim for reliable service, but continuous availability is not promised. Bright Mintwarrant may add, amend or remove functions, algorithms, market data, pricing information or supported markets without creating a right to bring a claim.

Content and materials on the platform—including written content, images, visual design, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-generated analysis—are covered by copyright, trade mark law and other intellectual property rights owned by Bright Mintwarrant or its licensors. Unless we give written consent in advance, you must not reproduce, share, publish or commercially exploit them. A breach may lead to civil proceedings or criminal action.

You are required to submit accurate, complete and current details, including information about your identity, contact details and payment method. False, incomplete or outdated information may lead to access controls, withdrawal restrictions or legal proceedings. We handle personal information under our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection requirements, including the UK GDPR, using appropriate safeguards and transparent processing practices.

You remain solely responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Bright Mintwarrant, whether you place it yourself or it is generated through AI automation, together with any resulting risk. Bright Mintwarrant supplies technology and tools only and does not provide personal financial advice, investment recommendations or profit assurances. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets may move sharply, and you could lose all of the money invested. Historical performance does not predict future outcomes. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

We may revise or supplement these Terms when required, for example because of regulatory updates, technological change or developments in market conditions. Where appropriate, we will normally give notice at least 14 days before changes take effect, using email, an in-platform message or a notice on the website. Your continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, you may choose to close your account.

Straightforward information and user safeguards are central to how we operate. Our measures include current encryption, routine reviews, segregated client funds and thorough KYC/AML controls. Platform activity and transactions are logged in a clear and auditable manner. We aim to deal with users fairly and responsibly, with protection of your trust remaining a key priority.
